Features:
* Performs precision automatic nipple making through one process from nipple blank feeding, clamping, facing, chamfering, and center hole drilling to finished product unloading.
* once the production cycle is set, no further adjustment is required.
* PLC and electronic sensor system for easy operation:
when hole drilling is inaccurate or tapers are broken, the machine will stop automatically for operational safety and quality assurance.
* One operator can take care of several units at the same time.

Nipple Making Process:
1. Nipple blanks are placed into the funnel, wher they are sent by a lifting device to the clamping mechanism for processing
2. Facing, chamfering, and center hole drilling
3. Hole drilling guide
4. First drilling: Holes are drilled in the notch cavity before tapping
5. Second drilling: Holes are drilled again after tapping. The two~ stage drilling effectively decreases drilling bit abrasion.
6. Electronic sensor automatically monitors hole drilling, assuring accurate processing. When holes are not accurately drilled or the drill bit is broken, the machine will stop automatically.
7. Nipple head grooving
8. Shifting gear to neutral
9. Tapping
10. Unloading finished nipples
